❖ Senior Project Manager for the construction of a religious campus located on a 20 acre property witha $10M budget for Phase I. Secured construction and long term financing for the project. Coordinatedfundraising and captial campaign efforts with parishioners.
❖ Planned, executed and monitored all of the project phases through the full roll out of the franchise facilities.Project included talent recruitment and training of 15 full time staff members, the purchasingand installation of all machinery and equipment including printing equipment, digital copiers, desktops,telephone system and signage. Responsible for $1M project budget.
❖ Directed and supervised project construction of new 55,000 s/ft. plant facility and installation of astate-of-the-art office furniture processing machines and accessories equipment with total investment of$10 million. Plant was a model facility and one of the best equipped in the Caribbean and Central America.
